CVEDIX is building autonomy for the world. By using our software, hardware, and services, including EdgeOS and the autonomy platform (collectively, "the Platform"), you are joining us in this mission. These Terms govern your access to and use of our Platform. Please read them carefully.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
CVEDIX, Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all technology, trade secrets, and intellectual property. Your use of our open-source components is governed by their respective licenses (e.g., MIT). Using the Platform does not grant you ownership of any of our intellectual property or the brand names we use.
Safety is Your Responsibility
Our software provides advanced assistance and autonomy features. It is not a replacement for a human operator. You must remain attentive, follow all traffic laws, and be prepared to take control at any moment. Failure to do so can result in serious injury or death. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
Connectivity and Updates
To provide the best experience and ensure safety, our systems may automatically download and install updates. You consent to CVEDIX accessing your device for data collection, safety monitoring, and updates as described in our Privacy Policy.
Supported Use
The Platform is designed to run on specific, compatible hardware. Running our software on unsupported devices or in unauthorized regions may lead to functional failure or unsafe operation.
Indemnification and Liability
You agree to defend and indemnify CVEDIX and its team from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or any activity conducted through your account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVEDIX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Disclaimer of Warranty
We provide the Platform "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We don't promise that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use it at your own discretion.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms. If a revision is significant, we'll notify you. Continued use of our systems after updates means you accept the new Terms.

Driver Monitoring
Safety requires focus. Our systems use driver monitoring to ensure operators are attentive. Video data from this feed is only uploaded if you explicitly opt-in via your device settings.
